Here are scanned images of a church interior taken in 1963, before and after basic restoration. This church was a heritage building that was destroyed by a fire in the 1960's.
The "after" image is slightly smaller because the image was rotated to straighten it up. Then of course it had to be cropped back to a rectangular shape.
